Calf Klenz 5Lt

Calf Klenz is an ideal liquid alkaline detergent for washing calf trailers, calf buckets and calf teat feeders, which comes with some welcome advantages for calf rearers.

• Effective cleaning at hand-washing temperatures.
• Medium foaming.
• Biodegradable.
• Spray rinse with warm or cold water.
• Residue safe.
• Rubber doesn’t deteriorate because of the more comfortable temperature range.

GENERAL CLEANING:

1. Rinse soiled items immediately after using them with warm water for the most efficient cleaning preparation – 98% of milk residue is removed when rinse water is at blood temperature.
2. Prepare Calf Klenz wash solution in a tub or bucket using 30ml per 10 litres of warm to hot water (30°-60°C).
3. When mixing Calf Klenz, add the product to the water. Do not add the water to the product.
4. Final rinse with hot or cold water.

PRESSURE CLEANING FOR TANKER FEEDERS AND MILK TAXIS

1. Rinse feeder immediately after using it with warm water for the most efficient cleaning preparation – 98% of milk residue is removed when rinse water is at blood temperature.
2. Connect pressure cleaner chemical line to Calf Klenz wash solution container.
3. Pressurize with hot water for the best results.
4. Final rinse with hot or cold water.
