Morris Supercut 3000 25Ltr

The Morris Supercut 3000 is a micro-emulsion, metal working fluid that is readily miscible with most main water producing a transparent blue emulsion that is suited to a wide variety of applications. It is a relatively low oil content product, is low foaming, offers excellent workpiece visibility and extended sump life.

It is non-staining to ferrous and non-ferrous materials which enables it to be used on a wide variety of alloys which include ferrous metals up to and including medium tensile, high carbon steels, cuprous alloys and cast iron. It is particularly suited to modern CNC machining centres.

Recommended for general machining of free machining metals (concentration: 4 – 6% typical), high speed/ fine machining of high carbon steels, cast iron and non-ferrous materials (high speed machining concentration: 4 – 7% typical). Also suitable for non-critical grinding of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials (concentration: 2.5 – 4% typical).
